What degree of socialisation brings a state into the international communist system ?

A Third World State is no longer part of the ICS because of its specific pattern of social organisation. What matters is the attitude of this State this is at least the criterion used by Moscow concerning the offensive or defensive moves of the Eastern block. In many respects the principle that is successfully used is closer to Maurras’ phrase, « Politics first », than to Marx’s economist interpretation of history.
