The training of the cadres

Either as a tiny group as the Bolchevich Party in 1917, or encompassing the whole world as nowadays, the communist movement continues educating its revolutionary cadres in special schools. The majority of the future leaders are trained in special schools which introduce them into the Central Apparatus of the Party. Such is the communist blueprint for the renewal of the political elites.
