The Reform of the Senate Rulebook. Fundamental Restructuring of Working Methods?

Passed on May 13th 2015, the resolution aiming to reform the working methods of the Senate belongs to the category of adjustments monitored by the higher chamber in order mainly to defend bicameralism against the widespread challenge it is facing. Modi cation No. 34 of the Senate rulebook contributes to a greater efficiency of the chamber’s work, following the reforms regarding its legislative action and control function.
