The Parliamentary lawmaker : how to put an end to a pleonasm

The move towards democracy in the Eastern and Third World countries brings the représentative system back into favour. The législative rôle of Parliaments comes to the forefront and all across the world we are witnessing an increase of this function. The French Parliament expériences this situation as a paradox. However the fïnality of the législative process indicates that the lawmaking Parliament fulfills functions both of information and control. The discussion of the law is at the centre of its work.
