The Judiciary and the Media, Duo or Duel?

For a long time, the emancipation of the judiciary from its ancient controlling powers has benefitted from a free press. However, this alliance bearing on the criminal realm remains fragile. Nowadays, various media and judiciary temporalities are fighting over the power to accuse. So as not to encourage a wild public space, the media (including the social networks) are demanding a form of regulation and the judiciary is trying to build its relationship with a society of images.
