The Japanese and the power

In front of the power the Japanese do not remain expectantly reverent, fearful of submitted, nor do they adopt rebellion as often do other countries. In Japan, social structures are strongly graded, everybody has one’s own position in them and must in order to keep it conform to what the community expects from him. Whatever level he occupies, every man has the feeling that he is directly associated to decision making. Hence the power appears as each one’s concern and therefore it becomes better accepted.
